Alliance Workplace Solutions was founded in 2006 by Bruce Leon, CEO and founder of Benefits Solutions Group and Tandem HR.

Bruce recognized a need for employers to offer affordable benefits beyond the traditional medical and dental plans in order to attract and retain the best talent. Benefits plans could be enriched with employee-paid and owned voluntary benefits packages with no additional cost to the employer. Employers loved the idea!

Once Alliance Workplace Solutions was established, the group became a family and the Tandem Family of Companies (TFC) was born! All TFC businesses quickly grew from word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients and business partners. Then, in 2011, Workplace Solution EAP joined TFC to bring a full service employee assistance program in-house.

Today, TFC currently boasts a staff of over 125 employees, servicing hundreds of thousands of worksite employees nationally with benefits, human resources and EAP needs.
